Then why would Jesus say that those who refused to be baptized would be damned (St. Mark 16:16)?
“It is you on earth who are divided. We are all children of God. The Moslems and the Orthodox for the same reason as Catholics are equal before my son and me.” Excuse me, but the division between Heaven and Hell is real and permanent.
MIRJANA: “She emphasized the failings of religious people, especially in smallvillages-for example, here in Medjugorje, where there is a separation from Serbians and Moslems. This separation is not good. The Madonna always stresses that there is but one God, and that people have enforced unnatural separation. FR. VLASIC: What, then, is the role of Jesus Christ, if the Moslem religion is a good religion?
MIRJANA: We did not discuss that. She merely explained, and deplored, the lack of religious unity, “especially in the villages”. She said that everybody’s religion should be respected, especially one’s own.
When Fr. Kraljevic asked Ivanka what was most important for us to heed Ivanka said it was "peace". "Why peace?" asked Fr. Kraljevic. "When everyone in the world is at peace, everything is possible." Any good Catholic would have identified “obeying God's will” as most important.

"Friday 4 September, 1981. Today, we waited for our Lady at Marija's house. Marija, Ivanka, Jakov and I (Vicka) were there. We started to pray at 6:20 p.m. Our Lady immediately appeared. We asked her about the Friars and nuns from our parish. We asked about the man who saw Jesus along the road when he took the people in his car. He met a man who was covered in blood--this man was Jesus--and he (Jesus) gave him a handkerchief soaked in blood and told him to throw it into the river. Driving on further, he met a woman, it was the Blessed Virgin Mary, and she asked the driver for the blood-soaked handkerchief. The man gave her a handkerchief that belonged to him, but Our Lady asked for the blood-stained handkerchief. When the man gave her the blood-stained handkerchief, Our Lady said: 'If you hadn't given it to me, it would have been the last judgment for everyone!' Our Lady said that this was true."
